These Subscription Terms apply to any recurring product or subscription purchased from Tradesmen Cigar Co. (“Tradesmen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription Overview

When you purchase a subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring shipment and billing program. Subscription details such as product selection, delivery frequency, pricing, and discounts are displayed at checkout and in your customer account.

Subscriptions remain active until cancelled.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

• Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the billing interval you choose.

• The initial charge occurs at checkout unless otherwise stated.

• Subsequent charges occur on a recurring basis according to your selected schedule.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before purchase.

3. Payment Methods & Failed Payments

• A valid payment method must be maintained on file.

• If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge.

• Subscriptions with unresolved payment issues may be paused or cancelled.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Subscription orders are processed after successful payment.

• Shipping times may vary due to availability, production schedules, or carrier delays.

• If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, Tradesmen may substitute a comparable item, delay shipment, or cancel the affected order.

5. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscriptions can be managed through your customer account, where you may be able to:

• Modify delivery frequency

• Update products

• Pause or skip shipments

• Cancel your subscription

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

6. Refunds

• Subscription orders that have already shipped are generally non-refundable.

• Issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued at Tradesmen’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

7. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco-related subscription products. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet all legal age requirements.

8. Changes to These Terms

Tradesmen reserves the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Updates will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated as required.
